RESERVATION POLICY:

We require a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation. The balance of your room charges are due upon check-in.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you need to cancel a reservation of one week or less, you must let us know at least 21 days prior to arrival; six weeks prior for holidays and stays of more than one week. We do not refund monies for inclement weather or other circumstances beyond our control. All deposits are non-transferable to alternate dates.

CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT TIME:

We carefully prepare our suites for each arriving guest so please help us by checking out at our posted time of 11:00am. Check-in is at 4:00pm.

SMOKING:

All of our accommodations are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on the grounds away from the building.

OTHER INFORMATION:

We do not provide telephone service to the rooms. For extended stays you may make arrangements with Bell South for telephone service. Their # is 1 (800) 757-6500. If you’d like to give friends or relatives a number where you can be reached, have them call (561) 842-1215 and we’ll gladly deliver a message. Sorry, no pets allowed.
